you might try contacting Oregon dmv if the trailer was originaly registered there they would have a copy of the trailer certificate

A few years back when the Canadian exchange rate was good some guys in Washington would drive to Canada to buy their outboard motors. At the time the outboard motors were duty free don't know about now

If the shrink wrap is done right it will hold up under high winds I know that shrink wrapped will hold up to 65 miles an hour driving down the freeway it is the way most glass boat builders ship there boats.I was thinking about something heavier than the light weight blue tarps more of the light wei...

I wouldn't have spent the money to shrink a cabin boat if you want to cover it use a tarp some have used wood or pvc to keep the tarp from getting ripped on sharp objects and to keep water and snow from accumulating if you use your boat make sure you drain all of the raw water cooling system to keep...

A couple of things they didn't do right . 1 they didn't have the boat properly in the slings .2 slings a little close together 3 should have tied the slings off to the cleats fore and aft to keep the slings from sliding.

If it is larger than 30 horse check with places around the area that rig boats and see if someone has a shipping crate it will save damaging your motor.
