North East Lobster and Tuna Report

I moved my lobster traps from Boston to Cape Ann "Gloucester" last week.[img][/img] I am missing one of my ten traps. Not worried yet. Could be under run or a commercial lobster run could be on top of my line....

(Cod, Haddock, Flounder, Wolf Fish, Pollack. June. Some ground fishing, Bass, Tuna. July. No fishing, Set Lobster and C...

Waterproof LED Trailer Lights

Hi all. I just replaced my trailer lights at the start of the season with a set of LED lights from West Marine. One side is allready half burnt out. Any one know of a fully Waterproof set that will at least last one season? Thanks Joe.

What about that crimp going through your guides? I could see some damage being done. Thank you for the information on them. The cost is a bit much but if I don't drop gear and fish because of it then the cost is worth it. Joe.

Jerry Brown Hollow Core And Floro Top Shot

A bad thing happened to me yesterday while Cod fishing. I have been fishing 100 lb Jerry Brown Hollow Core with a 65 lb floro leader. I attached the leader to the hollow core by using the Chinese Finger Method. I inserted six feet of leader in the hollow core served it with Kevlar Floss and finished...

What a rotten day of fishing. First we had to tolorate 2-3 foot seas. Then we had to fish in the sun with a nice breeze. Talk about bad conditions. Worst of all is the fish we caucht. http://i280.photobucket.com/albums/kk177/TheRealBostonJoe/DSCN1399-1.jpg [/img] http://i280.photobucket.com/albums/k...
