Re: Epoxy Paint in fish boxes
salmonater, I'm not the coatings expert here, that title goes to (member name) Chaps as he's involved in that business and has seen first hand about everything that's involved with coating marine alloy aluminum. So, if he's not dropped by to comment then you might try the archives/search function? ...

Epoxy Paint in fish boxes
I have a fair amount of corrosion in my under deck fish boxes and I've cleaned, wired brushed, used Zep-a-Lume, rinsed, neutralized the surfaces with Industrial strength Ammonia, and I'm now looking for recommendations on a epoxy paint to cover the surface, so I don't have to deal with this in the f...

Aerohead was based out of Auburn when they were operating. I would be suprised if they weren't giving it another try. They weren't the easiest to work with.

Re: BF 250 Honda
John, I had both sensors go out on my 225's at the same time on the Norvelle for no apparent reason. It's a known problem and Honda has extended the warranty period on these.

Re: Drain plug?
I would suggest, that if your hole isn't threaded that you take the time to thread it, or take it to someone qualified, and have it done. That way you don't have to worry about the plug falling out or failing.

Re: Electro Guard Cathodic Protection
I had it in my last boat and it worked really well. I'm having a new boat built now and plan on putting another unit on it. Boats are aluminum. I would suggest just getting the straight 620 unit, it's alot less money and works the same. The 620FM is usually only installed on racing sailboats that wa...

I almost was the launch customer of the CWB 29' 2 years ago, Price would of been about $220.00. I ended up with a Norvelle. If I had it to do over, I would go with the Coldwater.
