Re: PEEZERS 26 PACIFIC: TO BOTTOM PAINT OR NOT?
I have been contemplating the application of bottom paint to my Pacific 21Ft. Question: If you have a lift, what points do you connect to on the boat? Will the cleats be strong enough or are there other preferred points of connection? To be able to get underneath the boat to spray on all three of th...

Re: Small cuddy?
It's worth every penny to go with the heavier material. During a wind storm this summer, off Salt Spring Island, my boat, a Pacific 21, repeatedly slammed into the dock without a scratch or a dent. My glass boat would of been a disaster. Lighter gage material is a poor trade for a step up in HP of y...

Re: Pacific Boat Oregon
You may want to give the 21ft. Pacific a try. It has the same transom as the 19ft. but is a full 8'6" wide. It is very stable in all conditions.

Re: Pacific 2175?
The Honda 225 works great. You would never need more power than that. The boat gets up on plane in seconds and glides along at a good clip effortlessly at 3500 RPM. Unfortunately there are no ratings from the manufacturer at this time. This was the first of the 2175 series. With four people, 3/4 tan...

Re: Pacific 2175?
I think they told me at the factory that you loose something like eight or ten inches of interior space at the transom with the 2175 but the placement of the rear seat makes it perfect to face the rear of the boat and keep your eyes on the fishing rods. This makes your guests happy to be with easy s...

Re: Pacific 2175?
I have the 2175 sitting out behind the house. The reason I decided to buy the boat without a transom bracket was to have the ability to fight the fish around the motors without reaching out so far with a short rod like when a hot dorado is making mischief around the back of your boat. Also when fish...

She is the 23 ft boat without the swim platform, still 8ft 6in wide. By the way, it is a wonderful boat and works great!!!

Re: What Sized Outboard Motor???
Well Gentlemen, it looks like we are closing in on the finished product. I recently received photos of the boat in the "rigging" stage. Both motors are now mounted on the transom and if I may be so bold, I must say if she had wings I thing she could fly!!!
