Re: Stray current/grounding question

Can you expound on the fourth sentence. The LEDs are staying lit AFTER the breaker is off? I don't care about the VHF being turned off, it's the breaker that completes the circuit. I have been installing for almost 9 years. I can install anything, and am a Nationally Certified Installer. I am a Raymarine ...

Re: Just bought an Armstrong Pilot House and am glad to be h

Thanks about the good deal comment. I spent some more time on the boat today, sorry no boat porn today. I hate to break it to you guys, there absolutely is foam in this boat! It' appears to be darn dense too. The forward cabin (ahead of the helm area) happens to have an unusual plywood deck I know f...

Re: Just bought an Armstrong Pilot House and am glad to be h

Thanks guys. I appreciate the kind words. I'm a pretty damn picky guy. Perfect for my line of work. The rough part is years of Commercial and Chartering have some interesting side affects. Weird parts that I'll never use and the need for some cutting and grinding. Great previous owner. Super ...

Just bought an Armstrong Pilot House and am glad to be here

Super excited to finally be a member! Paperwork should sail through and I'll be the new owner. The boat is a 99 and definetly needs some TLC. Looking forward to some source of ideas for changes and a chance to show her off. I rig marine electronics for a living and can't wait to start.
