Re: Pacific 2075, or is it 23?
Bigger Fish, I have a V2025HT and I am on San Juan Island, mine looks very similar to yours though I don't have the railings. I have a transom door, rear seats over a large storage compartment, front bench seat on the campartment in front of cabin, welded in pot puller, rocket launchers and a fish c...

Re: FOUR Pacific V1925 at auction
Did anyone see what these sold for? It looks like the auction ended 8/28 and they don't show the results online.

FOUR Pacific V1925 at auction
Four V1925 for sale in Washington from government (Bangor sub base) auction. These are all 2014 hulls, and current prices are $10k-$14k with 12 days to go. The biggest negative is they are underpowered at 90HP or 60HP! I know nothing more about these boats but people are always looking for a Pacific...

Re: Help for a Newb in New Jersey
Just get a used Pacific up in the NE, they seem to pop up semi-frequently. I have a V2025 and LOVE it. They are built like a tank and the hull needs basically no maintenance other than bottom paint and removing marine growth as I keep mine in the water year round.

Re: Pacific 1925 and 2025 rigging ?
I will snap a photo next time I am at the boat. The Yamaha is great, much quieter than the 2003 Suzuki. I have the hard top model and my top speed is 41 MPH at 5800 RPM.
Also, just FYI that Pacific will send you a new maximum HP sticker showing it is now 150HP if you ask them.

Re: Pacific 1925 and 2025 rigging ?
I have a 2003 V2025 and have the same setup in the console for all the rigging but my transom setup is totally different. I have a large enclosed area in my transom where all the rigging comes up from under deck via another large metal tube. Inside my transom is the rigging, fuel filling, vent and e...

Re: Pacific boat fuel tank, lasted only 11 yrs.
Update - Fill line has a hole in it and was starting to corrode. Will be replacing both the fill line and the engine supply line just to be safe. Julie from Pacific has been helpful sending drawings and photos showing the layout under the deck. It is going to be hard to get the new fill line in sinc...

Re: Pacific boat fuel tank, lasted only 11 yrs.
Yes, if the tank is defective and needs to be replaced I would probably move to the above deck tank. I have a rear facing seat with a big storage area under it that would fit that 24 gallon tank and this is right above the under deck tank w/ the access hatch so it would be easy to tie into the fuel ...

Re: Pacific boat fuel tank, lasted only 11 yrs.
After talking with some other folks I am going to have the boat towed to a repair shop tomorrow and have the professionals deal with this. Will report back what the diagnosis is.

Re: Pacific boat fuel tank, lasted only 11 yrs.
Good point on the fan pulling vs pushing. There are two access points so I will connect the fan to a flexible dryer vent hose and blow into one of the access points.

Re: Pacific boat fuel tank, lasted only 11 yrs.
I have a 2003 Pacific V2025 with the poly tank and have owned it for a little over 4 years. Hate to admit this but I have never checked the bilge since buying it (oops) and I did today and found about 4 gallons of fuel in it. I use this boat sparingly, really only in the summer and it is stored in t...

Suzuki DF150 vs. Yamaha F150
Getting ready to repower my Pacific V2025 hardtop. Boat is used for fishing, crabbing and shrimping in the San Juan islands, WA. Current engine is a 2003 Suzuki DF140. I have had this boat for 3 years and the DF140 was fine, though it seemed a little under-powered, slow to plane. Engine has some cor...

2000 Pacific 22'
Saw this on Craigslist, seems like a good deal for $40k. Don't know anything about this boat other than what is in the ad. Repowered in 2012 and a new trailer.

Re: Which bottom paint ?
Jerry,
I have a V2025 that I bought this year and had Chaps paint, he did a great job. I also keep mine in the water year round on San Juan Island. Chaps is on Bainbridge so I towed it to San Juan via the Port Townsend ferry, to Whidbey, to the SJI ferry. What island will she be moored on?

Re: V21HT Hardtop Pacific Skiff
Another point of reference for you. I have a V2025 with Suzuki 140 main and 15 kicker. Combined the engines weigh 520lbs. I get very little water in the rear by the scuppers at the dock when I stand right by a scupper, maybe 1/4" or so over an area 12" by 6" at most. I weigh about 165...

Another Pacfic 2325 on Craigslist
This is on the east coast even though it is posted on the Seattle Craigslist. Don't know anything about it other than it seems a reasonable price. Very happy w/ my 2025.

Pacific - 2175 Supertop
Hewes - Sea Runner
North River - Seahawk
Haven't determined the size for the Hewes or North River, concerned these are more inland boats and wouldn't be the best boat for a trip to Tofino.

What boat to buy?
Newbie to this site and am looking for recommendations for an aluminum boat. Interested in a 19-22' boat to fish/crab and cruise around San Juan Islands w/ occasional trips to Victoria, BC and Tofino in good weather. Boat would be moored on San Juan Island year round. I have two young boys so safety...
