Outboard bolts to bow she is now 29 ft...Some more pics, sorry for the lack of desire to explain every detail. Every Boat is different, Dream it, get your hands dirty and do it, don’t over think it, it will work it’s way right as you go. Enjoy

So a few months have passed... all the foam is removed and the boat is now permanently connected again with 59 extra inches in between. Check out the pics

Yes it’s the original plastic tank, I can see both sides from the cut I made In the front and a 26x15 hatch in the rear. It doesn’t show any signs of Fatigue or even mildew. Kevin, The only places the foam was wet on this boat was the rails under the rod holders. It does have a centered 80 gallon gas tank. There was no visible damage to the aluminum fortunately because the water coming in through the rod holders was mainly rain water aside from a few wave splashes. Repl...

Kevin, I decided to cut in the middle for 2 reasons. 1 I spent a lot of time and money on the stearn last year on top of re- wiring and re rigging the whole boat. See attached pics. 2. Yeah last year I closed the transom in and Added a stainless marine aluminum outboard bracket. Currently removing all the open cell foam from the boat before building a temporary skeleton to hold it together and plate to.
