When moored at your permenant location, why don't you get a boat lift installed...there are floating ones, then hull is out of water and for the few weeks in salt you may not have an issue.

Totally agree, GET YOUR OWN SURVEYOR...yes it will cost but could save you bucks in the long run. In the Charter Fleet I worked for as captain we had a Roamer. She was pretty nice but has issues being old. She had Detroits 12v71's...fuel hogs and leaked oil plus they were really too big for the boat...
