why abs, why not pvc sch40 or or pvc sch80 or cpvc or in jetty's eyes i need the strongest material HDPE?

You need to add cross support for the pilot house. As the p.h. rocks back and forth its adding stress on the litter 1" square tubing. This is why the weld is cracking, its the weakest point.

We use this on bolts all the time. You could have the cylinder coated, 2000 hr salt fog test. Sorry haven't been around.

A bilge pump is an personal option, just like brakes are for a vehicle. Not everyone comes with them.

Well I went to Mexico, with a stop in Cozumel. If you head down to Cozumel, don't bother booking a fishing trip. Almost all the boats....... troll fish.... or as I like to to call it, an expensive nap. So I went free diving and spear fishing.
