Fluke !
Hi All: Well they are here ! Fluke that is and in fairly good numbers for so early and the 50 degree water temps. Went out for my first fluke on the Razor this last saturday. Well if any of you were out there you know it was blowing like stink ! The 26' handled the nasty stuff very well. Hooked and ...

Re: Can You Tie A Bimini????
Alloy ! Glad to here you are gearing up ! I use Moi's diamond myself and swear by that mono. Jem Kia slightly better but so is the price . I have tested all kinds of knots for mono and the Bimini twist is just about the best and easy to tie if you make a bimini tool. Still time consuming though........

Jetty: Sorry ......All the guys I know are all about catch and release this early in the season. I myself do not keep any Stripers myself that are cought in the bay. I will take a cow once in a great while while slinging snakes out at Block but that is it . I would not worry about it too much ....do...

Hi All ! Ok here is the fishy scoop. Linesides in the 30 inch range are running normal. Lots of catch and release going on. Fluke have shown up off Matunic though they are sluggish. Buddy took his rec limit no problem yesterday. Alloy ! Good news for you ......Blount says the squid have shown up.......

Re: First Striper Run event ?
Ok Guy's : Lets all get on board and put our heads together and lay down a plan. If we just want to fish and then run home I would suggest just launching out of Providence at the Fox point launch ramp. If we would like to have a picknick with kids and family maybe ......then I would highly suggest t...

Haines Park:
Haines park is located off of 114 of 195 in Barrington /East Providence line.
Beautiful park with great ramp and plenty of parking and lots of picknick area..
If we want to have a picknick like event I sugest Haines Park instead.

Re: If you had to buy another motor
The Truth: The Razor pops up on plane very easily with the big Honda 225. When I have the guys on board I notice she works harder to pop up but still does so without a problem. So all in all I would say the 225 is my minimum hp pick. If I built her with a pilot house or have it added later I will go...

Re: First Striper Run event ?
Hi All ! I think that if everyone is coming south on 95 or west on 195 Fox point would be the absolute shortest ramp to use. Water is not at all clean ! Its not like being outside with the clear blue/green water. Plus thing is the menhaden is in heavy and they are of good size  Where there...

Hi All ! All dried out from the 100 year flood.....had time to finish service on all the Accurates and the big Honda while the dehumidifier did its job. Haines dock system is all back together if anyone wants to know. Dipped the Razor to run her up and around before we venture outside. Found schools...

Re: My Brakes again
Alloy: Another thing I highly recommend....is to pull your trailer coupler all the way out after you park your trailer. This positions the actuator piston in a full retracted position as it should be. Remember brake fluid is a hydroscopic fuid. It easly absorbes water as it should. Your brake fluid ...

Re: My Brakes again
Alloy: About your brakes.....you that they get spongy... How the hell can you tell the trailer brakes are spongy ? If air is in the system you should just be bottoming the actuator. If you have a leak the same will happen. If you cannot find a leak I suggest you check the boots on the caliper piston...
