Re: USED V2600 WA question $$$
Pretty much applies to any Pacific. They are rarely for sale and usually sell fast. And yes they do hold their value....

Re: Is this fixable and what should it cost
Am I missing something here? The boats are drifting together at low speed to raft up and you bump the Lowes and it gets that kind of damage? That's crazy. I've never checked one of them up close. Are they really that flimsy?

trim
I have a pacific v2025 with a 130 hp honda. Recently I have the feeling that my trim hydraulics are 'soft' so to speak. When running I normally start out with with the trim set in a neutral position. There is a tendency for the trim to drift down as I use the boat. At times this has resulted in the ...

Re: PACIFIC OWNERS....Question?
No its like a thin film of slightly damp fine brown beach sand not salt. I have never seen or heard any water sloshing around or pooling in there, and don't think I have the drain valves you are describing, just the scuppers opening to the main deck. I'll post a picture if / when it ever happens aga...

Re: PACIFIC OWNERS....Question?
Funny I occasionally see some fine damp sand in there and never could figure how it got in. Never see any significant water accumulation. I'll take a closer look. If you could post a picture of exactly where these thangs are that would help....

Re: My experience with acid...
Threads like this make me question the idea that aluminum is "easier to maintain" than NON ALLOY. More durable yes, but as easy to keep looking like new I'm not so sure. I think Id rather strip and wax a hull that mess with all that acid BS

Re: Salt Away has stained..."PICS FOR: BCTONY"
Jetty wouldnt it have been better to recoat with nyalic when you had it nice and white, not streaky, to keep it that way, then use fenders? If it makes you feel any better using fenders doesnt prevent scuffing completely, it just causes the scuffing to occur where the fender makes contact with the h...

PSOST1.JPG capesteve, This is would be your boat viewed from the stern if it did not have the V20 Bracket. Add a hardtop to that narrow beam, not the best for "heavy rip fishing". No mine is essentially the same boat as AlloyToys friends boat with the 135. V2025 hardtop with the stern bra...
