I like the simplicity of the villas especially the floating models. If I wasn't a family man, I would quit my job, sell my house, hook my boat up to the Hemi, and move there tomorrow.

I love those Coldwater Boats! Look at Marty's old Ironwood at the top left of this page. The only one like it I have seen.

Yeah it was the foam issue as I remember Ironwood John and Jay having a little discussion about the same. A couple of very smart guys...I agreed with both. (I am less smart!!)
