Re: Alloy corrosion due to moorage/Bottom paint
That handle? Given to me by my old man. I was always doing something that pissed him off and he'd say "that just chaps my BACK SIDE!" (thanks for the edit Les) then later he just started calling me that  :roflmao: :roflmao: :roflmao: :roflmao: :roflmao: :roflmao: :roflmao: :rofl...

Re: Suzi-Zuki 250 FBW
A couple years ago I went to Maine to go for a demo ride on a 26ST with a 300 Suzuki. It was ( And probably still is ) a monster & is very, very quiet. Good for hunting "Wabbit". It is quieter than my 90HP Mercury 4-stroke.

Re: WHO HAS A KICKER BRACKET ON THEIR BLM/PACIFIC?
.Because a electric trolling motore bow mounted with 3 batteries and charger and a plate welded to mount it, plus a custom length shaft (found a minn kota shaft up to 96" long availible) Would add weight take up space and be a pain in the azz. Hey Jetty, Where is this "96 inch shaft"...

Mine is brass with a rubber sleeve & is tightened/ expanded with a mini threaded t-handle. Works great when I remember to use it  There is also the same style that has a flip latch type handle on the end. http://www.overtons.com/modperl/product/details.cgi?pdesc=1-Brass-Turn-Handle-Drain-Pl...

Re: Yamaha t25 25 inch shaft?
Is a 25 inch shaft on a kicker absolutely necessary??? I personally would like to put an EFI kicker on my next boat to get rid of the carburetor hassles. Suzuki is the only company that makes a 9.9, 25 inch shaft in EFI. Every other company starts EFI at 25HP & up but only has 20 inch shafts. Pl...
