Hi, I am looking for a watertight bulkhead penetration. Currently have the following rubber boot type installed in motorwell and cabin bulkheads....

Both the Blue Seas Cable Clam and the rigging tube is what I use. I also use the Teleflex bulkhead fitting on the hyd hoses that get exposed.

You could try Viking Marine,ther over the boader in NH. They build Aluminum boats. Also Winninghoff boat in Mass might due the work.

I can not see a way to weld the inside and outside seams on a baffled aluminum tank and am thinking that it may be better to just buy 2 Moeller 58...
