Greetings to the group. Been lurking for quite some time but decided it would be best to join, especially if I have any questions.
I picked up a Used 24 Henley late last year and got my first year in running it for diving as well as some salmon fishing. Have to say that I have always loved Alloy boats and we have done a bit of work to this one including my son Fabricating a custom Dive Ladder and the usual list of Boat items ( Boat... Bring Out Another Thousand...lol)
Still some things to do as the list of ideas continue to grow.
Cheers

Welcome! I've always wondered how those Henley hulls are built with the faux lapstrake . . . I guess they are pressed? Must make them very stiff & strong?

Re: Hello From Ontario, Canada
My apologies for posting and then disappearing...winter was here and life got busy.
Thanks for the welcomes.
The lap strake siding does make for a strong hull and from what I have been told Henley forms it using a jig they made from railway wheels.
The ladder was designed and welded by my son and I and I am off this weekend taking some friends diving in Kingston, ON.
Cheers
