Looking for Pacific 23 HT

Hey Guys,
Im new to this forum obviously,
Im looking for anyone that can point me in the right direction to purchase a Pacific 23 Hard top I am on the east coast on Cape Cod.
I have seen these boats out there but cant find out where to buy one.
Buying a new one from pacific is out of my price range.
Also can anyone give me some insight as far as the ride goes compared to a NON ALLOY boat?
