Where in Thailand? I've been to Phuket and fished a few times but not in many years. They have schoolie tuna and dorado. Sailfish. Corbina. The hotel I would stay at had a lagoon and it was full of all kinds of fish. Even got a Thai Milk Fish which looks like a tarpon and is hard to catch from what one of the fishing magazines I sent a picture to get identified told me. Also caught snapper, baramundi, permit and other stuff had no idea what they were. If you are going to Patong have no idea. March will be hot. Probably one of the hottest months. Would love to go back. Have a great time!
