Fishing SA Australia-local advice

Any Aussies out there in SA? I'm heading to adelaide tomorrow, be down under for a month or so. Fished WA last year, hung out with my buddy, went up to exmouth and did that whole thing. Girl wants to go SA this time, so we're off! Looking for any advice from da locals or possibly do some farshin. We'll be surfin and fishing, probably 4x4ing west of adelaide toward the great bight. Would love to get out for some pelagic action, can trade alaska fishing/surfing for anyone interested. The waters cool up here but the surf can be very good. Peace
