alloy truck body

We had done a few of these, everyone a little different. The first ones we did went to a couple of lobster guys..that was 10 years ago. The boom came off of the customers old truck. The least he could have done is paint it for the pictures. The truck is used to move mooring anchors. A different customer than the red barge. Mentally I had a little bit of a hard time putting a new body on an old truck. Said he liked the truck and it had a 7.3 L ,so who am I to argue. The whole bed is made of 3/16" 5052. We used grip tape for nonskid.

Looks real good...I like the plate number..must be part of the business jargon/anchors! I always thought of getting a service bed made to fit around my camper on my TCD Dually...but they are not cheap by any means! Now post some boat pics! PJ
