Affordable GPS Fishfinder

#1

Post by Challenge »

Hi All,

Does anyone have any experience w/the low cost <$500 Lowrance, Garmin or Humminbird models? I'm going to be using it for shallow water <50' and basic GPS functions. I need a transom mount transducer and internal GPS antenna and would like water temp and charts. Thanks in advance.

I've heard good things about the Lowrance Elite-5 and its right in your $500 wheelhouse if you shop a bit. Try BOE Marine.
