Not quite, but we we did run across a large pod of Pacific White-sided Dolphins on the way home on my alloy
Late October. Best weather of the year!

For JETTYWOLF
Didn't take very many pictures but fishing was excellent this day
I shot this one to show that my home made ball jig (lower jig) does catch fish

I'm subscribed to your "channel" so I saw all them "flippers" right away, and of course, "had to comment".

There's no way Braid or Shimano has the 'lock' on any jig, thats fer sure!

Cool video . Looks like dolphins don't mind getting close to the boat.

They will run away when the Pod of Orcas come around.

Bocaccio rockfish We catch them out in 500' of water and when brought to the surface their eyes look like Shattered Glass and their air bladders look like Male do hickees sticking out of their mouths. Good eating, about 10 to 15 lbs bigger than other rock fish we catch up here

They love boats
They'll stay just in front of the bow and use the displaced water to push them along

How big do Bocaccios get up there?
Down here, a 10 lber. would be a very large one
...and, they tend to have more worms that other rockfish.
I call them "wormsicles"
