I brought up a meet and greet here last year. Only had a couple bites.... ONE that DID bite came down here for two weeks this year. We had a great time doing a week in the swamps and a week down at venice.
:joecool: Tim from Texarkana came down for a couple days as well while we were in Venice.

Yes he can!

I heard him count higher than ten on several occasions.... (Without even pulling off his shoes)

Thinking of coming out to The Pacific Expo Nov 17-19.(Seattle WA ) I have an invitation to go to Safeboat for a tour. They told me to come out on a Friday when the company provides lunch for all there employees.
Anyone near there?

Wish we could put up another West Coast meet and greet. We've managed to get the past greets together but quite honestly, need more help with the chores. It's always a fun time gathering the gang, pushing off the launch ramp and yelling MOVE EM OUT.
Input your thoughts on another meet next year, planned so more AABers will be there.

That's a neat exhibition - real marine gear and usually a few nice boats from the commercial builders. How long you staying in town for? I could pick you up in Seattle and take you out to SafeBoats (about an hour trip). On the way back figure on being kidnapped and taken to my shop so you can learn me a bit on my mig welding. I'm a crappy welder!!

I can show for a beer on Saturday. I need a ticket due to the fact I work for a Airplane Company and not in the Industry :skillet: :banghead: .

Its free, just register on-line. It will print a bar code that you take with you to the conv center where they will give you your badge.

I Did, but it Still Asked for Company I put "Boeing" and then it asks for what part of the industry I am in, Vessel Owner/Operator.

I always wanted to attend but I was not in the industry and heard the tickets were hard to come by. We shall see if I get Kicked out on my own Recognizances. Then I will say I work for Welderbob in New York with the proper Accent

They'll let anybody in. There just looking for that address to build mailing lists. Who knows, you might find that left handed widget that makes planes fly on less fuel!
