Day 3(Wednesday)
We get a lot of fishing in today
We fish two different areas
We have both boys on Patience and they were ready to fish!

Lots of footage was taken this day so I split the day into two videos.

Time to reminisce, Enjoy!

Scott, well done Sir.
I must say that you were VERY good with T&Z , those boys will remember that week for many years.

Hey Dug, did you get any Cherries? I don't remember spitting Cherry pits.

That's it, next time we bring our own stash.

Tunes are important when at anchorage. Played loudly, they can help to detour others from anchoring within shouting distance.

Heh heh ........ Thought that might get your attention

So while we are waiting for the grand master Scott's video's I am going to fix a little snack

Seafood Alfredo anyone?????????

So I have this bag of "Flop your lips" Prince William Sound shrimp and wondering what to do with it???? Carolmizer wants pasta

SpoiledOne's Alaskan Vacuum sealer  Wow with the wax paper and heavy duty bags the Shrimp looks like it should still be hopping

Image

Image

Peeled and cleaned translucent and smelling fresh :highfive: Gotta get me one of those industrial vacuum packers

Image

Cleaned up some Costco scallops...... One day going to Catalina and harvesting some rock Scallops.

Image

Scallops look so tasty, that I had to use some for appetizers. Bacon wrapped Scallops.

Image

A little Coarse Black Pepper, some Dill Weed, a pinch of Garlic Powder and Paprika for color.

Image

Was going to use one strip of Bacon chopped in the Alfredo stock anyways.

Chopped bacon Strip, 3 Cloves of Minced Garlic, One chopped Bell Pepper, One Half Chopped Onion, Two Table Spoons of Butter and a cup of Sliced mushrooms. Simmering in a large pan. Might as well start cooking the Bacon around the Scallop Appetizers too.

Image

Things are smelling great and are sweating well in the pan.

Image

Time to take the Bacon Wrapped Scallop appetizer out and put in a separate pan to sear.

Image

Add Shrimp and Scallops to the Stock.

Image

Put a litle cooking time to the Scallops and Shrimp. Adding Ten ounces of Heavy Cream and Four ounces of Half and Half. (What the heck you live only once) Two cups Parmegian Cheese, and One cup Mozzerella. Melting to gooey creamy goodness.

Image

Looking alot like Alfredo Sauce

Image

Time to take the seared Bacon Wrapped Scallop Appetizers off the heat. Oooooooh Crispy

Image

A little bit more simmering...... Carolmizer eating her allotment of appetizer.

Image

Ooops...... Twelve minutes earlier started the Fettuccini boiling. Drained and rinsed added to the Alfredo Sauce.

Image

Noodles incorporated into the Alfredo Sauce soaking up flavors.

Image

Time to plate it up. Carolmizer no you already ate your Appetizer. Have some fresh french bread.

Image

My Plate with a Dry White Wine.

Image

This was so easy and quick to make.......... Geeeze I could make this on a Boat in a Spectacular Bay Sipping some 10,000 year old Glacial Cocktail

Thinking of the trip with every bite.......... Thank You Pete and Doug :highfive:

What looks like a Kardiac Killer, was actually a priceless palate pleaser made out of love.... And my PRE-carb meal to run a half marathon the next morning. With that said, finished the run and of course needed a POST RUN repeat of the absolutely fantastic Seafood Alfredo... Just to be sure I wouldn't be carb-less.

Oh Pete..!?!?!
Can't say thank you enough.

Need your opinions
My better half saw this picture and thought that I should not include it in the video that I'm editing right now.
She felt that the subject matter could be harmful to some certain teacher in the picture.
She did think that it was funny but thought it was a bad idea
BTW, she does like watching Criminal Minds and that is some sick subject matter there :scuba:

What are your thoughts?
