Just like low rider pants the kids (girls mostly) are wearing, bellbottoms and fro's today know as dreadlocks. Everything that comes around goes around......at least one full circle, it seems.

(I'll make it concise... PENN had a reel that didn't have an eye the line went thru on the level-wind. But rather a bar with a shape that as the line went over it, the line was level winded)
Does anyone remember this failed model, as I do??

I have to hand it to the reel manufactures. This was the best innovation in reels at the ICAST show.
Maybe this can help all the Un-Educated thumbers......I mean spinner folk.
