Thanks! (she thinks she's fat, would kill me if she knew I showed her off)

the snapper are on tonight's menu, brought back fresh shrimp for last night.

The sticker is in the truck (thanks!) and will be on da bote as soon as we wet sand her and wax her out!

That boat is quite a bit bigger than I thought. Previous pics made it look like a ski boat but with you and the admiral in the photos it obviously has big shoulders - very nice & robust, congrads!

Finally!

Now we need the wife I assume to take a few different shots from the dock, so we see how she sits.

So she handled the big water good huh?

I'll be in (HOPEFULLY) Venice in September staying a a friends house for a week. I may never come back here!!
I'll have plenty of Trout shots I hope.

I don't crae how much biz I loose......I'm going!!

That boats pretty dazmn Jazzy...could almost pass an an Aussie boat with the color(s). They do some jazzy colors there too.

I love boat, I just may not have paint, that's the only difference......ya know cuz I beat them a bit hard.

Still trying props.
I ran a 19 inch four blade turbo this past fishing trip, four guys, two well fed, and a full load for fishing for the weekend, offshore rods, inshore rods, bait for all and a trawl for live bait. 55 gallons of fuel and she topped at 5800 rpm's 44-45 MPH

the sweet spot for the Zuke is 6000 RPM's so I will be trying an 18 and a 17 pitch over the weekend. I have some roon to play with.

I expect to cruise 35-38 MPH at 4500 RPM's getting 2.5 or better MPG.

keep in mind this boat has over a 9' 8 inch beam (something like that)

she is a fishing machine
I am a little disappointed in the MPG I hope it gets better with some tweaking

Looks like she is settling in at 6100 49 MPH with the Suzuki 17 pitch 16 inch wheel.

Hole shot is less than 5 seconds.

cruise at 38 or so at 4550 depending on the seas and wind.

Fishing of her is just great!

Them shallow water shrimp boats really freak me out. We just don't see nets or setups like them here.

GREAT PIX!

Those 2 statements go hand in hand. It's the length to beam aspect ratio or in your case the lack of it due to having such a wide beam.

It's a compromise.

Take a canoe. Skinny and long, takes little power to move it. Very efficient.

Short and wide takes more power and thus burns more fuel.

Curious why the transom is painted White instead of Red like the rest of the hull?

-clue us in what the Cheez Wizz is?
And why is it a need to go?
In Miss, right

I'm guessing it had nothing to do with slammin some fatties with "specks or spots".....C'mon?
Because of the non-boating gals.

I have no idea what I painted the transom white......
Looks cool though right?

It is a little cooler when we are at the lake though.
