Not really. I have to deal with "passengers" and it took too long. Now a fdew strokes on the chopper and back to caring for adults and childrenz.

Next up: will probably be a engine protector. So when banging around doing my industrial Trout fishing. The ole Honda doesn't get knocked & banged around.
SUV...is what it's all about.

Came out good!
Look's like your shaft is too short
Does your arm reach the bottom to empty out the bones and skin?
I've found frozen bait chops up best because it gets softer after freezing

all's perfection Scott. Yeah I can reach, and all I did is put a "T" on top of my Braid chopper handle.

Would like to get a larger circular chopper made out of Aluminum with a SS blade later down the road.

Good demo video on how you used to do it! That was pretty slow chopping and sitting down must o' been a pain also. Good looking unit for sure. Looks like it is sturdy enuf to use as a tow bit. Look luck and happy fishing! Capt PJ

And it is a home made Job. Things do not have to come from a Store. Dave may you catch many fish because of your contraption. Next you can mod it by adding a electric motor to do your chopping. Never settle!

That is one sweet burley bucket. That would be a blessing on my boat. Don't think the missus would be too estatic though!

Geez, I can see Wolf's next Utube installment on chopping refinement already.... titled something like - "Brush Cutter Converion 101 - the Do's and Don'ts"!

These were my insperation to not put hrs on my Honda and save profit on rising fuel costs, and make them come to me.
Sharks, Tarpon, King Mackerel, Coibia, etc. during the summer months when inshore fishing just isn't cutting it for all the kiddy-filled toursit charters.

I had a plastic on bolted to the flat transom of my old boat for 10 years. So I'm not wet behind the ears about the concept.

Well she tries.... don't they all?

Maybe I should get her one of these for her birfdee? She got a nice JL/Alpine boat stereo last year, and a slick looking T Top the Xmas before... :rotfl:

Truthfully, I had my eye on a Gas driven Blender after being inspired by these fellas last weekend:

It better be...I certainly wouldn't be mixing oil and gas. But rather, PBR and V8 Juice, then again my drink of choice doesn't need that "contraption."

All these dweebs around here STOP in their tracks outside the bait shop as they walk past my boat. They see my Chum-Chopper and are amazed. Because it's so simple, but then again they can't weld on into their plastic boats swim platforms. I guess they could if they used lots of super glue....... :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

I got it all. A wash down, a fillet table, a chum chopper, an elevated observation platform, surely seems to me that ALLOY-BOATS are KING of the Ocean! The other guides around here must hate having their customers see what they could be fishing on. While they're cramped, have no fishing room, can't cast around the t-top and the freeboard has them steping lightly.

I just laugh!

This is fantastic and I'm going to incorporate one into my boat, thanks so much for posting. I'm calling it the "Chum-O-Matic"
