I went and ordered one with out a test drive :shocked:
Hobart 500548 Airforce 500i 115/230 Volt Plasma Cutter


Will see what happens, it should arrive on Monday.

About what I expected, quick and easy 1/8" aluminum, slow and rough on 1/4"
Cuts 1/4" steel good enough for what I want.
