I know that I can order them from Pacific, but I haven't seen them in West Marine or Boat Zincs.com. Any idea where I can pick up a few local to Mass or the Northeast ?

That is the size of the Mini Divers Dream made by several companies and available most anywhere

It has slots instead of holes, usually about $15

I got them from Jay before. He drop ships from Washington. I see comparable size zincs on boatzincs.com for 12-15 bucks. Having them shipped from WA. is about $45+.
