Neat old advertisement for boat plans Glen Sr would sell back in the day. $10 what a bargain!

Remembering what would have been Dad’s 95th Birthday today. He touched the lives of many as a family man, a friend, a mentor, a man of God. It’s safe to say that without his inspiration and steady hand at the helm, Wooldridge Boats wouldn’t be what it is today.
We miss you Dad.

Neat boat we made back in the late 70’s. This was the 36’ version, but we also made a 46’ version, both based off of our Classic boat hull, and all made their way up to Alaska. Talk about a cargo haulers!

Ever wonder what it would be like to go back in time to the early days of river boating? And then being there looking forward and seeing what it has turned into? What a ride!

Thinking of my Dad, He would have been 96 today.
Dad, you were more than a dad, you were my friend.

Hi Glen, my name is Philip Williams and i have one of your great grandfaters original drift boat. my dad bought it back in 1969 or 1970 i think and passed it on to me, hes 98 now. the ID lable says it is serial #009, and i think model 548 and signed by Marvin Board (sp). the ID plate is worn but it is filled in by hand. i have had it over 13 years now and have had some great salmon/steelhead fishing trips in it and my brother and i had some great trips with dad. when i came back from Vietnam in 73 i was a mess. Dad (ex Marine) and i went drifting on the Humptulips, Cowlitz for 10 days and boy that was great!
i am now 70 and looking to give the boat a good home and found you here. i have pictures but could not figure how to attach...
