Here at Wooldridge Boats We work hard to make sure our boats are some of the finest in the industry, and that wouldn’t be possible without our fantastic team and their years of Experience! Today we are celebrating Todd‘s 30th Anniversary with the company! Todd is a 5-star fella. He is loyal to the bone, a master fabricator, welder and an excellent teacher to the new guys in the boat building trade. If you have one of our boats chances are Todd had a hand in it somewhere. You’re awesome Todd, we truly appreciate you!

A couple of weeks ago we introduced the Alaskan HD! Similar to the Alaskan in shape but that’s where the similarities end! 18’ long, 5 1/2’ bottom width, 1/4’’ Hull plate thickness with 1/4’’ hull doubling plates. And to make it slide those gravel bars easy a 1/2’’ thick LinkTech fused UHMW clad bottom! Making all that go is a KEM Equipment 5.7 320HP V8 paired with a Kodiak 3-Stage Jet. With abilities to match KITT I’m sure even The Hoff would approve!

The Alaskan XL is a great platform for the start of a custom boat build! This one is a perfect example of that. 25’ Alaskan XL with aft windshield, welded front deck with locking bow storage/fishbox. Aft helm allows for a greater cargo capacity and the easy transport of roll on roll off cargo like atv’s or small machinery. This boat will be making its new home in Galena Alaska.

This guy got loaded up and is on its way to its new home in Alaska! This is a 21’ Super Sport Drifter with a fully enclosed cabin, great for when you need to get out of the weather. But this drifter is running the Magnum hydro jack-plate, this gives you all the versatility you need for running a prop or a jet pump! Awesome little enclosed boat!

Here are some new seat options, in new sizes we now have available. We are offering these alongside our original sportsman seats.
Stylish comfort for a day out on the water. With the availability of 30’’ benches these are a great choice for 17’ boats where space is a premium.

Interesting bait tank set up. How is the tank held in place? The platform looks like it just sits on 4 legs? Are they welded? Also, I don't see an outlet on top for the water to drain out when full. What did you use? I had a hell of a time defeating gravity and getting the water to drain properly when I put mine on the deck. Not to mention the straps I use to keep it in place. Think I raised the tank 10" so it'd drain properly.

The bait tank is removable and all the hoses go under the floor. This boat has a taller self bailer to accommodate the drain too. The outlet on top is built into the tank in this case, and the Bait tank is held in place with mechanical latches so it wont move around. The 4 legs are welded and they raise the tank off the floor to hide the hoses and prevent any tripping hazards. The high speed pickups are welded in the boat and all have ball valves for safety as well as the inlets being taller than the waterline. It makes a really clean removable setup that is safe and functions well.

So are the 4 legs welded to the deck?

No, they are part of the bait tank stand/assembly.

And that bait tank won't move in rough seas? I'd like to see video of that thing not moving coming off any kind of swell at speed. Or even at just trolling speed in a moderate bump. It's like those guys on Deadliest Catch catching air on a big swell. If it ain't tied down.......you'd think it'd move.

Yes, it would fly all over. But It's held down with latches, so it stays nice, tight and in place.

Cool. Can you take some close ups of the latches? I'd really like to see how that was done.
