Laconner for sale in Seattle CL

I noticed a ruggedly handsome 30+ foot Laconner pilothouse for sale recently on Seattle CL with fairly low-hour twin Suzuki 140's. Seemed like a pretty good deal at $115K if someone was in the market for that size and configuration. I personally have no interest in it, just thought I'd point it out. Cheers! Mike.
