Quintrex 162 Topsider, 50HP Yam, 2-stroke

My son is buying the boat this weekend. Build like a tank, and really like it. It's been neglected and needs new decks, believe it has saturated flotation, leaks like a sieve because of bad design live well intake, and has the wrong prop. Looking for a advice regarding correct prop for this boat, trim tab advice, tips about replacing deck, etc. These boats are very rare in the States so info if very limited. Thanks for any help!
