What's it worth? 2007 Pacific 26' HT

Good morning, all. Just finished a great weekend boating here in Maine, which paradoxically has me thinking about selling my 2007 Pacific 26' HT. I purchased the boat new from Jay at Yarmouth Boat Yard, where it's been serviced every spring/fall, and usually stored there in the winter. It's been a fantastic boat for my family (wife, 5 kids, 2 dogs) to explore the Maine coast, go island camping, etc. I've begun thinking of selling, though, because 3 of our 5 kids are now in college, with the other two shortly behind. We're looking at moving to a boat with comfortable sleeping quarters for my wife and I as we move to a new phase of boating.

So, my question. What's my boat worth? There's not a lot of these boats on the market as folks here know, so I don't have a good feeling for value. It's in great structural/mechanical shape. But I would never describe it as "mint" - it's been well used (loved). Suzuki 250 has 500 hours on it - not one hiccup with it. Bought the boat with all the bells and whistles at the time - Raytheon radar, gps, C120, etc.

Not looking to put it on the market right now, just curious, and appreciate your thoughts!

Just a off the cuff estimate, $55k. 26' are pretty rare, I think the 23' is the sweet spot for the Pacific boats, the smaller ones and larger ones are less desirable IMO.

I would start at about 75K , that boat right now new is over 110K new.
Any doubt in your mind call Julie at Pacific for a ball park price.

Oceanmike615, not sure I'm ready right now...may hold it one more season. But first folks that will know are here on this board.

Welder, thanks for the suggestion...calling Julie is never a bad idea when it comes to Pacifics!

Thanks, all, for the input.
