boat cleanup

Took tarp off this spring and had this. Improved after washing with soap and water, but not completely gone. Any ideas? Also opinions on using diluted bleach (or any other suggestions) to get rid of tough stains on non skid deck surface?

diluted muriatic acid rinsed off after a few minutes? i am not sure it will work for you, but i have used it before.

Hmm the acid comment has me wondering if white vinegar would work?
