Noticed from the sale threads of several Pacific 1925s and 2025s there is a lot of variation in how the rigging gets from the console to motor, just curious what differences are out there. I am repowering my 1925 right now and switching from a Honda 90 to a Mercury 150 so I had to remove everything and run all new. My 2005 1925 is setup with a large oval pipe about 8" tall inside the console on the starboard side, it connects to a channel under the deck that ends under the splashwell, there is a box on the outside of the rear bulkhead that has the fuel fill and connections from the tank to the filter. With the Honda they had the steering lines coming through the rigging tube and then going to the ram, I added bulkhead fittings to the aforementioned box and moved them there for a cleaner route. Here are some pictures of how it is setup.

I have a 2003 V2025 and have the same setup in the console for all the rigging but my transom setup is totally different. I have a large enclosed area in my transom where all the rigging comes up from under deck via another large metal tube. Inside my transom is the rigging, fuel filling, vent and engine lines, fuel filter and a washdown pump. The rigging exits straight out the back of the transom and the fuel filler is on the top of my transom. I have a large hatch on the inside of my transom to access everything, plus a smaller removable plate to get to some other rigging on the starboard side. Inside the bilge I have a shut off valve for the washdown pump intake.

I just re-powered and replaced both Suzuki's with a Yamaha 150 and cleaned everything up on the outside with a rigging tube.

Isn't a 150 on a 1925 overpowering it? My 2025 used to have a max HP of 140 when new but then Pacific re-rated it to 150.

Cool, be interested in seeing some pictures of your new motor and hearing how it performs. I am hoping for 50mph on mine, I do not have a T-Top which will help.
The 1925 is rated for 150hp, I spoke to Julie years ago and she said they increased the rating to 150 on the 1925 when they increased the thickness of the hull bottom from 3/16" to 1/4". Not sure exactly when they made the change, I think it was around 2005 or so. I think it is also when they changed to aluminum fuel tanks as well.

I will snap a photo next time I am at the boat. The Yamaha is great, much quieter than the 2003 Suzuki. I have the hard top model and my top speed is 41 MPH at 5800 RPM.

Also, just FYI that Pacific will send you a new maximum HP sticker showing it is now 150HP if you ask them.
