Anyone know of a clear coat product that is also antifouling ?

NO I don't know of any coating that is both clear and anti-fouling. As applied to aluminum, I thought there were two general categories of bottom paints? One contains 'non-growth' particles which are usually heavily pigmented and the second is a paint designed to 'slough' off when the boat runs? that second group has to 'flake off' and I was under the understanding that

Neither of these types of paints seem to be clear coats?

Not sure if this (haven't paid too much attention and last coat I did was pure black!) is still true of bottom paints- but maybe Chaps will happen by and provide an answer that is more definitive?

I've had newer boats show up at my bottom paint shop that had sharkhide (a well known clear coating for aluminum) applied to the bottom that the dealer told the boat buyer that it would work just like bottom paint . . . except nobody told that to the barnacles!

Well that's not a surprise as those barnacles never seem to listen to anything I say
