Looking good Tony! I was down there last Friday looking at my 24' Seahawk build. Yours must be at the old plant. Mine was at the new facility.

I understand mine has been moved to the new facility. When are you going down again?

Not sure. I might try to make it down one more time before mine is delivered. Supposed to be completed around the 28th of May.

Received some more in-build pictures of my new boat. The observant will notice that the tie-downs (for cooler primarily) have been re-positioned from the first batch of build pictures. It was felt that the former position was inconveniently too close to the transom and North River have been very good in acknowledging my concerns in this regard and re-doing. I understand that the National Admiral air-ride suspension seats finally arrived with North River today and hopefully the next batch of photos will show these in fitted. I must admit that I am getting excited at the prospect of taking delivery of my new boat - hopefully towards the end of June.

I asked a dealer about the same type of paint job and they said it can't be done.

What can't be done? What boat are you contemplating buying?

Painting just the cabin inside and out. Or even just the inside. Not contemplating right now although I do like the
24' Cuddy which is not on the website. Be nice if they built a forward leaning windshield boat less than 24'

You need to ask your dealer to speak to North River because it can be done, although they will try to talk you out of it because it requires a higher standard of care in the welding and not to scratch the panels. Paint can cover a lot of minor blemishes and sins.

Probably would be best to try another dealer but this one seemed sure they would not. Did say they'd not put on the vinyl
side stripes though. Another thing is I didn't want a Cheezee Loader trailer and they said no way to that as well and would not
make any exceptions. So I guess it's biz somewhere else along with different boat. Anyways, best of luck with the new boat.

Right on Tony! Those pics just reinforce my desire to spec mine with no paint as well. I am very close to pulling the trigger on one of my own. Congrats

That is the air-tank and compressor unit for the air-ride seats. I have not seen the boat myself yet, only photos, but, I believe these to be fitted in underfloor space between the two seats. Ideally the air-tank would be mounted vertically and I may have to unbolt from time to time to drain. If this proves ineffective or otherwise a problem, then I shall have to move it somewhere it can be mounted vertically - perhaps behind the bulkhead.
