Idiots ! That boat was was being delivered to Newport for some gut in NJ. Idiot Capt first of all picked a very foul day to make the jurney. Second they went rite by point Judith where they could have tucked in safely and refueled if need be.
Third if you know you are running on fumes foing into port and you have twin screws ...shut one down and limp it in and if you run dry fire up the remaining screw and get out of harms way.

Glad those two made it , but they did make some very rookie decisions.......That was a nice Blackfin....
