Waterfowl

Last Sat was youth waterfowl season. We purchased our chocolate lab "Luna" back in May and have been working with her since getting her ready for duck, dove, and pheasant season. Sat was our first real hunt with her. Although we didn't see the number of ducks flying yet as we have in years past, my son was able to shoot a pair of woodies in a beaver swamp. Our pup did an awesome job locating and retrieving the down birds and delivered to hand. We had a great father son day and it was a joy to hunt with our new partner Luna
