Season Opener

#1

Post by Capt. G »

First charter of the season found good to excellent haddock fishing with over 50 put in the box between 22" and 28". A couple dozen market cod added to the fillet bags which totaled 100lbs (55H/45C) as the guys from downeast Maine headed home after a great day on Stellwagen. All fish taken on jigs..even the haddock ignored bait and slammed big norwegian jigs.

Back after them on Sunday with another group of great guys. Haddock fishing right now is as good as it gets and the green eyed monsters are still among the missing (probably not for long unfortunately).

Tight lines,

That's amazing for us here...ignoring bait to eat metal.
Kinda like AAB members
