Cruising Lake Greenwood in SC...

#1

Post by JoeMan »

My daughter (and me) are about to launch out on Lake Greenwood in upstate SC. It's more a river really, about 3/4 mile wide, and 8 - 10 miles long. Nice long cruise. Ok...this summer I'll fish it as well.

My daughter at the helm, flying at about 40 mph. It was a gorgeous day.

Great pictures JoeMan!

Spending time with your children is priceless. Your daughter will never forget times like that.

Yes sir, the ol' cables were falling apart when I got it...went to my Ace store, bought the cables, springs and pulleys were all in great shape. Handles great.

That day, we packed a cooler with sandwiches and whatnot, brought some mad-libs (some dads will know what that is), and just hung out for a couple hours. I hope she always enjoys cruises with Dad.
