Long Beach, California
South Shores launch ramp

The Catalina Island Express ferry. She cruises at 30 kts. 26 miles to the island

Shoreline Village. The park with the lighthouse on it is featured on TV pretty often. I've seen it on car commercials.
Just to the left of the park is The Aquarium Of The Pacific:

Similar to the Monterey Bay Aquarium but smaller. If you had the choice of visiting one or the other, go to The Monterey Bay Aquarium

The Queen Mary tourist attraction. Permanently moored here for visitors to take tours of her.

The half dome in back of her used to house the Howard Hughes "Spruce Goose"

Later this same day, I saw S L Dave and got a few on the water pictures of his new boat.

Hope you enjoyed, Scott

Great shots In2deep, thanks.

I recognize that shot of the Queen Mary, thats where they had contestants doing a stunt on Fear Factor off her, into the water.

Thanks Dave,
Hmmm... Fear Factor
Yes, that show filmed quite a few stunts around and about San Pedro and Long Beach Harbors.
They also filmed at Castaic Lake that's around 60 miles north of here.
Anyone for some worms, rotting fish or anything else to gross you out?
