Decided with the winds out of the NW to run out of Pt Judith RI and head north towards Newport & Narragansett Bay for a try at Tog & Fluke.
The weatherman called for seas 1-2 feet. Perfect day for the kids!!!
On our way out of the harbor we passed the work boats dismantling the remnants of the F/V Blue Sea which ran aground and dumped fuel into the ocean

Decided to head to one of my many rock pile in RI sound
No Tog but caught these ugly critters (Red Hake I Think?????)
Wind shifted to the South and we held a nice drift with the sea anchor in place in 40-45 feet of water. Only could get shorts today but the youngest really could care less.....he's catching, he's happy!!!!
The Capt. Dave & SL Dave cutting board is on the high priority list now :D
