23' Pacific for sale in Plymouth MA

#1

Post by Tin Cup »

A friend of mine is selling his 23' Pacific w/ 200hp Zuke, it has an after market alloy hard top. I don't know the exact year, would guess around 2001. He's asking $30k with trailer. He's a commercial bait guy and also runs charters, some of you locals may know Pogy Mike. If anyone is interested send me a PM and I'll give you his number.

Now go get the camera and take "pick-up pictures" ya know the hand shake, the card swap, the wife clutching her head.
The new owners grin, the old owners relief, the new owners wife sobbing in the background. The kids climbing all over it like a jungle gym.

The dog peeing on the trailer wheel in the new homes drive way. The old owner getting a speeding ticket on the way to the bank. The gas station's stupid human questions about an alloy boat, And lastly the first solo splash and dash.

Then the first dead fish and or sack of crusty critters.

C'C'C'C'mon.....

Oh and yeah WELCOME, too. :sarge:

I don't think his Pacific actually sold. The buyer backed out at the last minute.

Not to the dismay of the new owner.......what the hell's wrong with these people??????

A lot of the guys running around the bank need "go fast" CC as they run & gun type fish for the BFT on the surface with spinning gear. They want to be able to get on the fish and get on them quick when they surface, want to be dry, and want a ton of casting room in the bow like the Yellowfin's, Contender's, Regulator's, SeaCrafts, ect..... I will say that I've partaken in the "run & gun" extravaganza and the SeaCraft has a very nice dry ride.....I personally love the hull design and am surprised nobody has duplicated the hull from Alum.....

Ground fishing a glass boat is the last thing I want.....21 oz. jigs slamming into the side with doubles, dropped on the floor ect... people bang my boat with a jig and apologize....I tell them "do it again" :rotfl:

That's funny. I have more room in my boat for real fishing than 99% of the competitions 26 footers in Jacksonville Florida!!
That 80's something 26 Mako I use for Towboat/US duties at one time was the "katz azz" and it's a walking around nightmare. I know I ain't all that skinny but I have to turn sideways to get around the console, and the stern is so cramped and skinny.

And BTW......like most beat-up ole F'glass CC's. The console is loose and is about to come off the deck for the 100 time.
I love that mine will never move.....take that Mako/SeaCraft!

This is Pogy Mikes son. The deal on this boat fell through. If anyone is interested in buying this boat email me at cml8866@aol.com. You can also give me a call at 508 789 6383. This boat is ready to fish, and runs very smooth.

No I am currently at college so I have to get on him about getting me those pictures. Hopefully by the end of the week. Work had been done on it, and I guess it is really clean right now.
