Pan Seared Tuna

#1

Post by AlloyToy »

Made tuna tonight...

Boiled red potatoes with 2 cloves of garlic then whipped them with cream & butter

Wash the steaks, salt & pepper them, press the steaks in black & white sesame seeds and pan sear the steaks in a couple tablespoons of sesame oil for 2 min each side (middle will be pink) in a hot cast iron pan

Slice the tuna into 3/8" strips and serve over the garlic whipped potatoes

Drizzle with soy sauce

YUM!!

How far from Tamp Fl. are you? I want to come to dinner!
