Good gosh this thing is the size a LARGE bible. Over 800 pages of the most usefull Information.
She found it at an online book store for like $38.00 [ Great book and a deal]

I had to buy that thing as a "study guide" when going thru numerous different captain courses. Was a professional student for awhile before actually going to take the test. Did it just for fun.
And today still refer back to it, from time to time. It has about everything in it.
But, technology has passed some of the stuff in it. Mine talks about LORAN navigation as an example. Still widely used...but old of course.
