BBQ'd ribs and I couldn't eat them all and it was only a 1/2 rack

He is getting his exercise. Sweating and HANGING on for dear life cause the "Crazy Cajun" is at the helm wizzing thru the Lakes Rivers and Swamps.........

BTW, sautéed in a garlic butter sauce with cajun seasoning shrimp is on the menu for breakfast.

The reports I read almost daily are thru the roof still, even though the spillways opened, per Lake P. reports.

I'd love to have even a 1/4 of that fresh water here. NE Florida's on fire, RAIN? WTF is that?

Bubba: Anyway, like I was sayin', shrimp is the fruit of the sea. You can barbecue it, boil it, broil it, bake it, saute it. Dey's uh, shrimp-kabobs, shrimp creole, shrimp gumbo. Pan fried, deep fried, stir-fried. There's pineapple shrimp, lemon shrimp, coconut shrimp, pepper shrimp, shrimp soup, shrimp stew, shrimp salad, shrimp and potatoes, shrimp burger, shrimp sandwich. That- that's about it.
