I think that everyone should have a little "Cardiac Stop Leak" every once and a while.

I watched it this morning off your YouTube channel. Well done! That was some quick camera work there capturing the fish cleaning debacle on Event Horizon. I forgot about that. :smitty:

I could not believe those 4 days went so fast. The weather so warm. The hospitality of all I met. Those Oyster from Royal Wave, in a few years they are going to be known world wide. Ishamy Bay Lodge what a enchanted place with great Staff and Owners.

Cruising Prince William Sound seeing the multitudes of sights. Pristine fiords and bays. Majestic Glaciers marching for millenniums grinding mountains to valleys (making for great cocktail ice and fish preservation) Turning a corner and seeing a Rainbow Waterfall, You never know what you're going experience around the next corner. Eagles, Otters, Whales, Bears, Moose, Seals and believe it or not Hummingbirds making an amazing journey from Mexico.

Salmon jumping on the surface. Rockfish of all colors. Toothy Lingcod, Giant Halibut, Sweet succulent Shrimp lurking in the depths.........A fishermans paradise, Listening to Pete describe how incredible the fishing was 20 years earlier. Hard to imagine.

Fishing with friends not just casual friends but ones you hope and know will last a lifetime....... The trip that Bonds us all floating on little Aluminum Boats comparative to the vastness of the ocean and The Great State of Alaska. I would be proud and honored to call them my Alloy brothers. Fishing with the kids who I know will become great outdoorsman and adults enjoying their youth Alaska Style. Maybe they will hook and hand fish for uncle Lester.

Amazing side stories........ Doug's first Halibut ever 168 lbs. followed by 103 lbs. 40 lbs. 20 lbs. Many Alaskan have fished many years and have never caught one over 100 lbs. Props to Propnut what a amazing run on quality fish....... He is the Halibut Whisperer.

Kudo's to Scott on his excellent picture/video skills and taking the time and effort to record our trip. Haunting similarities of pictures taken from the inaugural Alaska trip.......... Hey Scott if you are going to make someone jam a fish into my neck at least make it indigenous ............ A Atka Mackeral would at least be appropriate :rotfl:

If you guys want I can write about my battle with the Halibut, somethings happened that was not caught on video.

We still have day 5, 6, and 7. Scott where are you????? After all I am just the lowly cook. You are the best camera man.

Yep it's a Atlantic  No respecting Northern Californian or Oregonian would use a Abu Garcia let alone leave the Abu Garcia label on the butt :rotfl:

Farmed Atlantic salmon in Texas is found in every Walmart and Costco in Texas. Which brings me up to the next fact. The adipose fin is obviously clipped.

Sabs-San everybody knows where Atlantis is???? :rotfl:

Yep................ primarily the ATLANTIC OCEAN.

My friend Scott I always have to admit when I am wrong......... I do have a very significant other who will :hammer: if I am right, wrong or other. What does this fact have to do with Atlantic Salmon?

Did you know the Atlantic Salmon can Spawn many years unlike the Pacific Salmon which consequently dies after spawning once.
