Tonight I was part of a News piece on King TV on the 5 News. I play drums and take a class at Jazz Night School.

More to the story. I was suposed to be interviewed at work, but there were issue with a TV crew on the ferry stuff! OH WELL!
So I am featured a bit in the story. At the final exam/recital I didn't have a band...3 weeks before the class ended the bass player dropped out, 10 days before the sax player got really sick, and as I was driving to the recital the piano player called and said he wasn't coming...stage fright...so I was accompanied by the director and two instructors...they didn't know the arrangements or the endings...my instructor, plays bass, told me "just go with it. You'll be fine" And I was...it was a hoot...one song the ending went on for another 32 bars before the sax player realized it was time to take it out! The crowd was cheering! All in all it was so much fun!
Hope you could find me...black shirt and tie and gray vesty and tan shirt at drums naturally! PJ

Nice story PJ!
Back in my much younger days I played bass guitar. (Electric) Haven't had one in my hands since I was 17 or 18 though. It would be like starting over from scratch if I picked one up now more than likely.....
