Vacuum Bags

Post by onwhiskeycreek »

Our supplier for chamber vacuum bags (Quality Matters) seems to have gone out of business. Does anyone have a source of bags on the west coast? We are needing to pick up 3 of the 1000 bag
cases.

Thanks Gary

Call Thom at PMG in Renton, WA. 425-264-0195 or 800-227-3769. He also has the best prices on bulk bags, so if you don't already know him, then it's time you did.

I just got my Chamber Sealer from Quallity Matters last month. The Website is down SOB! :nutkick:

We got our vacuum packer from them and have used it for 5 season without any problems.

I have a food saver brand vacuum sealer and it has held up for about 7 years. The food saver brand bag rolls are just ok though--about one in five fail to seal properly. the food saver brand bags are textured on one side and smooth on the other. A few months ago, I got some bags and a few rolls made by ziploc. The ziploc stuff is textured on both sides and with the bags or the rolls, they seal well every time. Much better than the food saver bags!
